Dogs Trust - Raven's Story

Dogs Trust cares for all dogs in need and supports owners who need a helping hand. However, as the cost of providing dogs with love and attention rises, the Trust’s resources are under more pressure than ever. That’s why, here at Omaze, we’ve partnered up with the UK’s largest dog welfare charity for the Lake District House Draw and will donate 80% of the draw’s net proceeds to them.

Working from 21 rehoming centres across the UK and Ireland, Dogs Trust is helping thousands of vulnerable dogs a year to get back on their paws with healthcare, training, rehabilitation and lots of love, before finding them their forever homes.

Raven, the lovely Lurcher, arrived at Dogs Trust’s Leeds rehoming centre in January 2022 after being found wandering alone in nearby woods. The poor animal was very thin, with a bad wound on his leg and itchy skin. It was clear that he hadn’t been looked after for a long time. Dogs Trust vets gave him the love, care and treatment he needed and he recovered quickly, proving himself to be one very energetic canine companion! Omaze Million Pound House Lake District - Dogs Trust Case Study - Raven's Story. He made progress very quickly, and within a few months he had found the loving home he deserved, where he’s now very settled.Omaze Million Pound House Trust - Dogs Trust - Raven's Story.
